Job Description:
As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating different kind of machines to produce parts according to orders by customers. You will work closely with our engineering and quality teams to ensure all products meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

The job is fulltime (40 hours/week) and permanent (valid until further notice). The start of work will be according to the agreement.

The salary is determined according to the collective labour agreement (technology & industrial agreement), but we offer a competitive compensation based on your experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making parts acording to orders using different kind of machines
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and models.
- Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production efficiency.

The person we are looking for has:

- Previous experience as a Machinist or similar role for several years (minimum 2 years)

- Experience of manual / conventional machines (for example lathe, milling of boring machine) 

- Fluent Finnish or English language skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- It is an advantage (not necessary) if you have a suitable training for the position or  experience of CNC-machines.
