What We Expect

• Previous experience in MIG/MAG welding (vocational education or relevant work experience is a plus)
• Ability to read technical drawings or willingness to learn quickly
• English or Finnish skills for communication and safety instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Positive attitude, reliability, and good teamwork skills
