In this full-time, permanent role, you will be employed by KeyStaff and work at the client’s premises. Our client’s workshop is a traditional, hands-on environment where skill, teamwork, and a good attitude are genuinely valued.

Responsibilities – Certified Welder

- Strong welding skills, primarily MAG, with some TIG and stick welding
- Fabrication of various tanks and chimneys, including welding moving seams on large structures (pipes with 1–2 meter diameters) 
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
- Following quality standards and safety regulations
- Precision, independence, and a hands-on approach to work in a traditional workshop setting

What We Expect

- Valid welding certificates are an advantage, or willingness to obtain them
- Understanding of tank manufacturing – extensive experience isn’t necessary, but practical know-how is essential
- Experience with MAG welding and competence in TIG and stick welding
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent Finnish language skills
- Motivated and flexible work ethic

We Offer

- A meaningful role in a traditional workshop
- Full-time, permanent employment (37.5 hours/week)
- Work is done in a single shift, typically between 7:00–16:00
- No shift work or travel required
- Salary in accordance with the collective agreement for the technology and industrial sectors (minimum)
