We are looking for an independent, precise, and motivated CNC lathe operator to join our growing client company in Pori, specializing in high-quality machining. This is a permanent, full-time position in a modern working environment that emphasizes safety, competence, and team spirit. The position is well-suited for CNC machinists with prior experience in programming.

What does the role of a CNC lathe operator include?

As a CNC lathe operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing various components using CNC-controlled lathes according to technical drawings, measurement requirements, and work instructions. The machines are operated with Fagor control systems, but experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls is also considered an advantage. Your daily tasks will include programming the machines, setting them up, producing parts, performing quality control, and conducting measurements. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the condition of tools and machines, as well as ensuring workplace safety. The machined components are small and manually handled, typically produced in small series or as individual pieces.
