We are looking for an independent, meticulous, and motivated individual for a permanent full-time MIG/MAG welder position for our client in Seinäjoki. In this role, you will become part of a skilled and supportive team in a modern production environment that emphasizes not only quality but also occupational safety and employee well-being. This position is ideal for an experienced MIG/MAG welder capable of working with technical drawings.

Job Responsibilities – MIG/MAG Welding:

As a MIG/MAG welder, you will work with products that range from 6 mm to 50 mm in thickness. The materials include black steel, stainless steel, and rebar. The job also involves fitting parts and potentially other metalwork tasks such as measuring and finishing components. You are expected to meet strict quality standards and maintain your tools and workstation. Work is primarily done in day shifts.

What We Expect from You:

• Relevant education in metalwork (e.g., welder, mechanical and production engineering) or solid work experience in similar tasks
• Good MIG/MAG welding skills, ability to read technical drawings, and high-quality workmanship
• Independent, responsible, and precise approach to workGood teamwork and communication skills
• Valid occupational safety card; welding certifications are considered an advantage
• Proficiency in Finnish or English
