KeyStaff Oy is looking for Housekeepers for its client company for the winter season 2026–2027.

Housekeepers for the winter season

We are looking for housekeepers both for the full winter season and as extra support during the busy Christmas period in Saariselkä.

What we expect from you:

• An efficient and self-directed approach to work tasks

• Careful working methods and a strong commitment to quality

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services

• For full-season roles, a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential even if experience is more limited

• Fluent English language skills

• A valid category B driving license

• Experience with the Mews hotel system is considered an advantage

What we offer:

• A fixed-term full-time employment contract for the winter season (90 h / 3 weeks). The season starts between 1–15 November 2026 and ends by the end of March 2027. The Christmas season runs approximately from 17 November 2026 to 31 December 2026.

• Starting salary from €13.80/h, depending on experience and skills

• Shared staff events during the season, such as skiing competitions, bowling, sauna evenings, and other recreational activities

• Accommodation in modern terraced apartments near the centre of Saariselkä (private room €300/month)
