KeyStaff Oy is looking for à la carte chefs for the 2026–2027 winter season for its client in Saariselkä.

À la carte chefs for the winter season

We are now looking for several à la carte chefs to strengthen the kitchen team for the winter season 2026–2027. In this role, you will prepare dishes for international guests as part of a skilled and positive team in the middle of Lapland’s busiest season. The winter season starts between 1–15 November 2026 and ends no later than the end of March 2027.

What we expect from you

You will succeed in this role if you have strong fundamental skills in à la carte kitchen work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Our client particularly values the ability to maintain high quality even under pressure, as well as a solution-oriented mindset.

We expect from you:

• Previous experience working in an à la carte restaurant kitchen

• Independent and proactive working style

• Ability to perform efficiently during peak season without compromising quality

• Versatility and willingness to take on a variety of kitchen tasks as needed

• Flexibility regarding shifts, including occasional morning shifts

• Valid hygiene passport

• Fluent English language skills

What we offer

• Fixed-term full-time employment (112.5 h / 3 weeks) for the winter season

• Starting salary from €16/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
