Breakfast chef for the winter season

We are looking for a breakfast chef to join our kitchen team for the 2026–2027 winter season. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of breakfast service, from preparation and presentation to maintaining the buffet during service. The role is especially suited for someone who enjoys early morning shifts and takes pride in creating the first successful guest experiences of the day.

We are looking for a person who takes initiative and stays in control even during busy morning shifts. We value a careful working style, good organisational skills, and a desire to develop as part of a professional kitchen team.

We expect from you:

• Experience or skills in different stages of breakfast service

• A proactive and responsible working attitude

• Readiness to work early morning shifts

• Precision combined with a relaxed and flexible approach

• Good teamwork skills and willingness to work as part of a team

• English language skills

• A valid hygiene certificate

• A category B driving licence and access to a car

What we offer

• Fixed-term full-time employment (112.5 h / 3 weeks) for the winter season (starting between 1–15 November 2026, ending 3 April 2027)

• Starting salary from €15/hour, depending on experience and skills
