Buffet Chef for the winter season

We are looking for a buffet chef to strengthen our client’s kitchen team for the winter season. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall buffet operations both at the hotel and in a nearby restaurant environment, where the pace of the season is varied and fast-moving. The role may also include preparing breakfast and lunch at the hotel.

The position emphasizes an independent working style, as buffet work is largely based on personal responsibility, where the smooth flow of the day is in the hands of the employee.

What we expect from you

We are looking for a professional who is confident in managing everyday buffet kitchen operations and can maintain consistent quality even in busy and changing situations. The work is hands-on and requires both strong organization skills and the ability to react quickly.

• Experience in buffet restaurant kitchen work

• An independent and proactive working style

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Strong quality control and professional attitude

• Flexibility and readiness for versatile kitchen tasks

• Ability to work morning shifts when needed

• A valid hygiene certificate

• Fluent English language skills

What we offer

• Fixed-term full-time employment (112.5 h / 3 weeks) for the winter season (17.11.2026–15.3.2027)

• Starting salary from €15/hour, depending on experience and skills
