KeyStaff is looking for versatile professionals for its clients for the busy winter season in Lapland 2026–2027. This is an open application for multiple employers in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Available positions include:

• Waiters / waitresses

• Chefs and kitchen assistants

• Reception / front desk staff

• Bar staff

• Housekeeping staff

• Safari and activity guides / instructors

• Other tourism and customer service roles

What the work is like

Winter in Lapland is more than just a workplace – it is a high-season environment where fast-paced work, nature, and international guests come together. Working hours vary depending on the location, and the season runs approximately from 15 November 2026 to 31 March 2027.

We are looking for

• A strong customer service mindset

• Willingness to work in a seasonal and dynamic environment

• Good command of English (other languages are an advantage)

• Previous experience in the applied role

• A proactive and energetic attitude – life and work often go hand in hand in Lapland

• Depending on the role, valid hygiene passport, alcohol serving certificate, or other relevant certifications
