What We Are Looking For:

• Solid Aluminum MIG/TIG Welding Expertise: You can handle both MIG and TIG welding techniques on aluminum independently and with high accuracy.

• Turnkey Professionalism: You are ready to hit the shop floor running from day one without requiring basic training or onboarding.

• Shift Work Readiness: Full-time hours (40 hours/week) in 2-shift rotation (morning and evening shifts).

• Language Skills: Finnish or English
