Responsibilities of the HVAC Site Supervisor

As an HVAC Site Supervisor, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary site organization and be responsible for planning, implementing, and ensuring the quality of HVAC works. You will coordinate installations, guide contractors, and ensure that work progresses on schedule and safely. You will have a genuine interest in daily site activities and collaborate with various stakeholders, such as designers, workers, and clients. You will maintain team training, manage HVAC documentation on site, and take an active role in improving occupational safety and quality.

What we expect from the HVAC Site Supervisor:

• Relevant education in building services engineering or HVAC (e.g., engineer, technician) or equivalent work experience
• Experience in supervising HVAC projects or similar site leadership roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and lead work teams
• High-quality and responsible work approach
• Proactive attitude towards occupational safety and site development
• Fluent in Finnish; English skills are considered an advantage
• Valid occupational safety card
