We are looking for skilled Refrigeration & Cooling Systems Technicians for various projects across Finland!

In this role, you will work on installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and cooling systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Our clients value responsible, proactive professionals who are eager to develop their expertise in refrigeration technology.

Refrigeration Technician Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and cooling equipment
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing system faults
• Performing regular inspections, pressure tests, and system adjustments
• Working according to technical drawings and instructions
• Collaborating with other site professionals and clients to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion
• Following occupational safety regulations and quality standards

What we expect:

• Previous experience in refrigeration installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and relevant technical drawings
• Responsible and independent work attitude
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Valid occupational safety card
• Basic Finnish language skills; English is a plus
• Driving license (category B) is an advantage but not required
