What You’ll Do

• Perform welding tasks on different types of metal materials
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment and work area
• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion

What We Expect

• Previous experience in welding (vocational education is a plus)
• Ability to read technical drawings or willingness to learn quickly
• English or Finnish skills for communication and safety instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Positive attitude, reliability, and good teamwork skills
